REGISTRATION FOR COURSES

Click on the course you wish to attend. When you press “Process Payment & Submit Registration”, your credit card details will be processed through the secure SQUARE payment gateway. Mt Petrie Bowmen Inc does not receive or store your credit card details.

You will receive a receipt from SQUARE – you may need to check your JUNK MAIL folder.

If the course is already booked up, you can register on the waiting list by ticking the Wait List button. More courses will be posted progressively.

I undertake to conduct myself in accordance with the Constitution and Policies of Mount Petrie Bowmen Inc (MPB).

I understand and accept that there are some inherent risks in archery, and if directions are not followed and/or if common sense is not used then injuries can occur, and I hereby consent to the application of first aid in the event of injury, and the attendance of the Queensland Ambulance Service, or other emergency medical treatment, if it is deemed necessary.

I agree to the provision of my information to South Queensland Archery Society (SQAS) and Archery Australia (AA).  These details will not be used for promotional purposes.

I understand that MPB Inc reserves the right to refuse registration of children under 11 years of age.  I also understand that, as a responsible parent/guardian of a minor, I will remain at MPB for the duration of the course, as applicable.

I have read and understand the MPB Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
